At our nursery, we believe in providing a unique learning environment that combines the wonders of nature with a cosy indoor space. Our Forest School Classroom is designed to be a hub of excitement, curiosity, and exploration, where we can deliover our unique curriculum indoors too! Let's dive in and discover what makes our indoor space so special!

Flexible Spaces

We believe in adaptability, so our Forest School Classroom offers flexible spaces to accommodate different learning experiences. Whether it's a group time for storytelling and singing or a group project that requires collaboration, our furniture can be rearranged to create the perfect setup. We encourage children to take an active role in arranging the classroom, fostering a sense of ownership and responsibility.

Having an indoor classroom also means we also have access to:

  • Cosy spaces for naps

  • Indoor toilets (incl accesible)

  • Kitchen facilities

  • Children's storage

  • Indoor play equipment (train set and puzzles always a hit!)

  • Office/meeting spaces for staff and parents

While we love to embrace nature's wonders, we prioritize safety above all else. Our Forest School Classroom is designed with childproofing in mind. We've taken precautions to ensure that children can explore and engage with their environment without any unnecessary risks. Rest assured that your child's well-being is our utmost priority.

In our woodland nursery, there are no walls or stuffy classrooms. Instead, we have open spaces for little feet to run and roam, allowing your child to connect with nature and develop a deep appreciation for the world around them. They'll learn about the wonders of the natural world firsthand, discovering insects, observing plants, and listening to the sounds of the forest.

Our unique curriculum approach follows the wonder of the seasons, following the chidren’s interests to adapt to suit their needs. Our creative and skills based approach implements the Early Years Framework, ensuring your child seamlessly transitions into formal schooling, armed with a solid foundation for success.
